We stay in room number 510. The room is great with amazing view from the room balcony. Room is very clean and swimming pool also is excellent. The staff is very cooperative specially pabitra, tiew and dari. They were very hardworking and helpful and friendly staff. It was a great experience staying here.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 24th May to 27th may, 2023. The executive room was big, washroom was clean, the staff courteous and the owner extremely warm. But having said that this place requires proper maintenance. The exec rooms are fitted with many lights, however only one or two work. Meghalaya is suffering from serious lack of electricity and as such there are long scheduled power cuts. The management has provided only one light in the room on inverter back up and none of the plug points are connected to the inverter. So you cannot charge your phones during those times or watch tv. As a tourist it is expected you may not be in the room when the power is out. As such, charging the phone is a constant struggle. Moreover room 402 doesn’t have the bathroom light on backup either, so one must use a candle. The food served is also not up to the mark. The menu is extremely limited. There’s no complimentary breakfast. And inspite of mentioning that the chicken be served boneless, with bone chicken pieces were served. These kinds of issues need to be addressed by the management as the property is on the highway and at a proper location.

Very bad experience..food is bad like railway low grade biryani..tasteless...service is bad.. behaviour of front office manager is very bad..he was telling us to kick u if u drink nd talk little loud then...😡. Without know us you cannot tell anyone like.this we are no lay men..so u will say this bad language to us...soo this worse experience for us...😡😡😡😡😡

Hotel is good we stayed for one night but the behaviour of manager was very bad talked rudely to us we paid 3000 for one night and service also was not good food which they provide was not good enough. No tv, no wifi nothing it was terrible experience for us.

Glamour of Cherrapunjee is missing because of weather change. There is much less rain and the main water falls are dry now a day

I liked staying there for two nights. It was a 1st floor corner room with a mini balcony viewing a wide angle open space with the road. The front rooms have a dis-advantage of traffic noise. The noise of water falls below the bridge is however pleasant. I found the staff courteous. It is the hotel/resort where you find trees.
